Disputes that arises from marriage can be both civil and criminal in nature
Disputes can be in respect to judicial seperation in the form of divorce or nullity
By divorce court recognizes that though a marriage have occured, the parties thereto cant continue the same due various reasons and thus legally seperate them by divorce. Whereas order of nullity is granted when court finds that marriage itself should not have happened and declare marriage as void from the beginning or as if marriage itself have not occured.
